As a result, the hostile Nixon administration has been tried by seven indicted leaders on charges such as Conspiracy, including Bobby Seale of the Black Panther who was not involved in the incident. What followed was an unjust trial led by Judge Hoffman who was not at war and was not tried by Richard Schultz, who refused but was on duty.
